RiversMeet Performance is a state of the art fitness facility, managed by the Gillingham Community and Leisure Trust (GCLT) and is situated in Gillingham, Dorset.
GCLT is a genuine not-for-profit organisation, specialising in leisure activities and delivers a vast programme of activities all aimed towards improving the health and wellbeing of Gillingham residents and the surrounding areas.
The RiversMeet Performance project was managed by GCLT, Dextra Group, Charleston Civils and Build and 12G Electrical Solutions.
The site is specifically tailored towards strength and conditioning training with equipment designed to isolate and fatigue muscle groups in order to promote growth and maintenance. A style of training that is scientifically proven to improve multiple health markers and improve overall quality and length of living.
The RiversMeet Performance equipment was all purchased in matte black and placed in an industrial, purpose built setting, creating a perfect canvas to utilise modern and colour change lighting from Dextra Group in synergy with the environment in which they are installed. The different white lighting levels and multiple colour options creates a unique blend and adds character and energy to the space.
RiversMeet Performance is a training experience like no other.
